Why am I writing this? You’ve probably realised there are VERY few books out there about how to lose man boobs, and yet man boobs (also known as gynecomastia) are a growing problem for us guys. I can’t think of anything that can defeat a guy’s self confidence more than having a set of boobs.

The internet is full of contradicting information – everyone seems to be saying something different and it’s all very confusing. Cliff Manchaster’s Chest Coach System is one of very few complete bodies of information on how to get rid of chest fat, and since I’ve tried it, I thought you might appreciate a quick review on the product.

Another warning though, I’ll be going into both the good and the bad points, so if that’s something you might not want to hear, then you may as well leave now.

The Chest Coach System is a very concise, to-the-point manual. It isn’t filled with volumes of scientific principles (which was kind of a let-down to me at first because I was full of scepticism), so if that’s the kind of thing you’re looking for then well… you might want to look elsewhere.

The good thing about the program is…

It’s the most comprehensive how-to-lose-manboobs guide out there – it covers more about how to get rid of man breasts than any other single system I’ve come across.

To gather all the information in this book on your own, you’d have to spend months surfing on the internet. But you wouldn’t get all of the info, as a LOT of what’s covered is unique from Cliff’s own experience with clients and his interviews with experts.

“What Kind Of Stuff Does Cliff Talk About?”

The book can be broken down into two topics, one’s just as important as the other: weight loss and balancing your hormones. The two are interrelated – losing weight will help to balance your hormones and balancing your hormones will help you to lose weight. Doing both in combination will super-charge your boob-fat reduction.

Most of the unique information this book has to offer is in it’s hormone balancing system and is the main reason I would recommend this book to anyone trying to lose chest fat.

The tips you’ll find about weight loss – though not all of it is unique, is still excellent! If you’re anything like me, you probably already know everything about weight loss, and you’ll realise that Cliff knows his stuff too. So if you’re not that clued up on how to lose body fat, then rest assured you won’t have to buy a separate weight-loss book, this has all the information you need.

“So Garry, Tell Me More About This Hormone Balance Thing”

The reason you have man boobs is you have too much of the female hormone estrogen and too little of the male hormone testosterone. This is because of increasing environmental exposure to estrogens and artificial estrogen-like particles (click here to read my article on ‘how to lose chest fat’, which explains this a little more.

Cliff tells you about a whole range of different ways to bring those hormones back into their natural state. Like I said before, there isn’t a lot of scientific backing here, it’s all based on Cliff’s own experience and the experiences of his clients.

I have to admit I was VERY sceptical about some of his ideas at first. At one point though, I realised that nothing else had worked for me before, so I decided to just bite the bullet, bury the scepticism and give it all a try. The results were AMAZING! I could feel the difference in a couple of days and had significant visible results in a week! So if you’ve seriously had enough and really wanna get rid your manboobs, then…

It was amazing how much we had in common – it seems all of us guys with man boobs are suffering in the same way.

Cliff had been suffering with man boobs for 16 years before he discovered a way to rid himself of them for good. As I’ve now experienced, he told me it’s amazing how easy it is after you know how to do it!

Now this guy doesn’t have a PhD in man boob physiology (not sure if this PhD even exists :p ), nor is he a men’s breast doctor. However what he IS is a guy who went out there and turned himself into a human guinea pig, and the reason his book is full of information that works in the real world is that he went out there and tried almost everything to rid himself of his man boobs.

So you can be quite sure that his book contains only information on the things that worked for him.

Not only that, he now makes a full-time living from coaching hundreds of clients

So his book has information that seems to work for everybody. He claims that every single one of his clients that sticks to his program is successful.

Though I can’t verify that, I did have the pleasure of speaking to one of his successful clients. The information re naturally reducing those female hormones is hard to come by and the book sums it all up very nicely. The only criticism about this system is the lack of full scientific explanations and citations. I’m the kind of guy that wants to see the proof before I go out there and try something. However the idea behind the book is that it’s short and concise, so you can read through it all in one day and start getting rid of those man boobs from day one!

The lack of scientific data is NOT proof that the system doesn’t work – in fact when I tried it my man boobs started to melt away in days! So from the results I’ve achieved, this is definitely a book I would recommend to anyone whose had enough of having man boobs – enough of wearing dark baggy clothing and avoiding the beach in the summer.
